New Service Pack 3.60 removes launch limitations

The SSM2007 Ground Crew has removed the "no go" holds at T-00:05:00 and T-00:02:00 to allow for a better synchronization between the virtual SSM2007 launches and the real NASA Space Shuttle launches.

First aparent test of this change will happen this weekend with a new TCDT in preparation for the NASA STS-127 launch on July 11.
